Headquartered in the Tel Aviv area, the company produces instant water heaters in a tax exempt zone in northern Israel. It markets its products both within Israel and abroad, in Russia and former Soviet republics, Germany, France, England, Brazil, Belgium, Poland, Turkey, Vietnam and elsewhere. Atmor is now penetrating new markets such as the Caribbean, China and India.

More than one million Atmor instant water heaters are in use globally. Quality and reliability of all Atmor products are certified by the company's Quality Management System which complies with Quality Management standard ISO 9002 and carries approval by CE, UL, TUV, CSA and other major standard institutes.

The company has recently made several technological and manufacturing improvements which have reduced production costs, enabling the heaters to be highly competitive in the marketplace. Implementations of other advanced production technology is expected to further reduce overall costs.

Atmor has been the sole supplier of heating equipment to Israel's Ministry of Defense since 1991. Its contract includes the maintenance and refurbishing of all Ministry heating equipment.

Other activities include real estate investment in the United States, made in conjunction with US-based partners, and investment in the stock market.
