It allows you constant hot water in one location (shower or sink) and gives it to you in 10-15 seconds.

This Atmor will conserve more water than any other type of water heater, as little water is wasted in waiting for the hot water to get to you. The low flow showerhead further adds to those savings. (Don't let the name low flow showerhead trick you into believing you won't get a comfortable shower).

By heating the water at the source, you will save a lot on plumbing as there is no need to run hot and cold plumbing lines through the apartment or house. Just one line to the point of use water heater and then adjust to the desired temperature in seconds. If you already have two lines, the unit also works well.

This unit is available in 110V or 220V.
